One-Piece Meat Dummy & Tray

Our innovative one-piece display tray combines a food dummy and tray in one.

-It's easy to mound product on the 2"H built-in dummy for an attractive presentation - and there's no misplacing separate pieces.\

-Ideal for shaved meat and seafood

-Specially designed 24"W slotted risers allow maximum cold air flow

-The Flat Top Riser, designed for the 15"L trays, holds six 8"W or four 12"W trays

-The Slant Riser, designed for the 30"L trays, holds three 8"W or two 12"W trays

-Two clear acrylic Product Stops come with each riser; additional Product Stops sold separately
